Defensive glass is a product formed by sandwiching two glass sheets between Bayer's Makrolon® high transparent polycarbonate sheet and special glue film. Since polycarbonate has excellent toughness and impact strength, even if it is struck with a hammer, there is no risk of chipping, and the effect of preventing intrusion can be achieved. At the same time, polycarbonate has a UV protective layer to prevent material aging. In addition, it has good dimensional stability at low temperatures. The outer glass has a higher hardness than polycarbonate, which ensures the function of avoiding scratches.
