Aluminum Honeycomb Core

Metal panel with aluminum honeycomb core , for architectural facades, false ceilings, sunshades and slats.

Made up of 0.7 mm aluminum sheets on the outside and 0.5 mm on the inside, both made of aluminum alloy 5005 EN 573-3 joined by an aluminum honeycomb core.

Cassette installation system developed by Alucoil® for the 6 mm thick larcore® A2 panel. Perfect solution for architectural facades, false ceilings, parasols and slats.

Supplied in 2 lacquer options:

1. Two-layer PVDF quality (kynar or hylar as the main brands) with coastal primer with a nominal thickness of 31µ.

2. fluorlac® brand developed by Alucoil® of FEVE LUMIFLON™ paint available in the larcore® A2 range from 75 m2 and in any color in finishes, matte, satin and high gloss in just 2-3 weeks.

An innovative solution that reduces the substructure on the façade by 30%, but can be executed with the traditional tools of the sector.

Probably the lightest proposal despite its rigidity, non-combustible and with the best flatness on the market.
