Bio-SIP

Our Bio-SIP™ panels are crafted from fully sustainable materials, including bio-resin and fast-growing natural fibers like hemp and flax. These natural fibers arrive at our factory in rolls and, before processing, resemble something akin to coconut matting. The matting is then coated with a sugar resin, which is heat-bound to the insulating core, forming our signature composite panels. The core itself is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles (PET), providing exceptional insulation and thermal properties. As a result, our Bio-SIP™ panels are both lightweight and highly durable, making them ideal for constructing modular buildings of all sizes.
