This has a solar with built-in battery.

The power supplying method will be switched automatically according to the actual working condition. If the sunshine is strong enough or there is power supplying except the batteries  when the unit is on, the batteries will be recharged automatically.

It is controlled by the in-built IC to be alternate in 10  minutes ON 10 minutes OFF cycles. The unit will power off automatically after 4  hours working continuously.
