Our Standard Hot Water Extract Carpet cleaning includes: 

Pre-Vacuum: The carpet is thoroughly vacuumed to remove dry soiling. (Dry soiling makes up 80% of the soil in the carpet)

Pre-spray: We use Performance Plus which has a PH level Neutral (ph 7.5) it is safe on all carpets (this is a non-toxic pre-spray)

Hot Water Extraction – By spraying heated water on the carpet while simultaneously vacuuming the sprayed water along with any soil or dirt

Deodorise: A deodoriser is applied to neutralise odours and revitalise your carpet

Bonnet Cleaning: This method is used to agitate/buff the carpet to loosen up any deep soil has been left from vacuuming

Grooming: The aim to set carpet pile in one direction the fiber is in best direction for drying and for visual appearance
