Most egg packaging solutions consist of moulded pulp materials. We, too, manufacture machines that produce these kinds of egg trays. However, our equipment processes paper, as well as other raw materials to produce pulp. Have you ever thought of bagasse straw, the waste product of sugar production systems? Or virgin fibres like grass bamboo? With these and other feedstock, high-quality egg packaging solutions can be produced. Depending on your specifications, including egg-size, additives (to add moist resistance, for example), food-grade requirements and desired output, we design your machinery. It is worth mentioning that our equipment is highly flexible: tool changes can be done relatively quickly, and you can easily integrate our equipment with existing production lines. All our machines are compliant with international standards, including TUV and CE. As a result, they are known for their long life-span and high up-time.
