Elderly Home design in Hong Kong

This 93 bed elderly home in Hong Kong was completed with tight budget and schedule. Similar to our other elderly projects, "Nature" and "Eco-friendly" was the main theme. We ensured a safe, inclusive, and comfortable space is provided for the end-users. Features such as double handrails along the wall of corridors and used to serve both walking people adn those in wheelchairs. No sharp corners are found in each furniture especially bed side cabinets. Floor and ceiling colour are relatively dark with non reflective coating. Bedroom doors could be opened 180 degree for easy manoeuvre of wheelchairs.

THe interior bedroom layout surpassed statutory requirement by having wider clear space between beds for hygienic purpose and access of bathing beds. Common corridors were wide for two wheelchairs to pass through concurrently.
