We like to get involved in the early stages of a project and use our extensive experience with the National Construction Code to identify common problems long before energy compliance time.  We spend extra time upfront to save our clients time and money in the long run.

For the commercial market there are two ways to meet compliance; Deemed to Satisfy (DTS) and JV3 (performance solution). Our team specialises in JV3.  This method results in lower construction costs and the ability to use preferred construction methods. To prevent surprises down the track, our most common approach is multi-staged. This way, necessary changes and improvements are identified at an earlier stage, resulting in lower build-cost.
