The Group successfully acquired Germany S.A.G. in 2014 to strengthen its expansion in power station EPC business. Technologies involved the construction assessment of the entire power station, design and planning, procurement of construction materials, construction process monitoring and management and manufacturing and installation of related solar photovoltaic products. SFCE will leverage on the professional platform of S.A.G. to expand its power station EPC business within and outside China, and target to build its own power station in the future in order to build a more solid foundation for its solar power generation.
