Geoloc S300

The Geoloc S300 is an Insulated passive foundation system for two to three storey buildings. It has a certified U-value of 0.12 W m-2 K-1. It is suitable for buildings that are finished with either an Acrylic render or cladding boards (e.g. Timber or Concrete Panel). It is also suitable to be used in two storey buildings where concrete floors are required.
