Philia Earth was appointed to upgrade an existing warehouse space into a new office due to business expansion of client. A eco and social friendly environment was established by adopting open office planning. A communal kitchen is designed to facilitate informal gathering during lunch or tea break, which improved productivity.

Sustainable techniques were adopted in the overall design to enhance energy and water efficiency.
