Metal parts included in other uPVC systems mean that the doors cannot easily be recycled; but this is not the case with ModLori. The Liniar Mod Lok patio doors are comprised of seamless steel sections, easily separated once the doors are removed - enabling the uPVC to be recycled quickly and simply. 

Easy Maintenance 

Maintaining your Liniar patio doors couldn't be easier. You won't need to treat or paint them each year to keep them looking shiny and new - and not only that, we offer a 10 year frame guarantee so you can rest assured that the colours won't fade. 

All you need to do to keep them looking their best is an occasional wipe down with soapy water. 

Low threshold option 

Thermally broken, the Liniar low threshold offers increased energy efficiency for your patio doors, and there's also a Part M compliant low threshold with an integral ramp for seamless access. As with Liniar's bi-fold low threshold, no excavation is required for fitting, providing quicker installation times and less disruption to homeowners.
