Achieving a zero carbon status for a building at design stage can be a daunting prospect, however, by applying the Operational Energy Calculation methodology (TM45) we can closely estimate the buildings energy and carbon emissions post completion.

By combining this with a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) we are able to gain an understanding of a buildings Whole Life Carbon (WLC) and work with design teams and end users to establish if any carbon offsets are required to become truly net zero carbon.
