A firm, richly savoury and smoky block that proudly welcomes the grill OR the pan.  Cut into steaks or whatever shape you fancy.  A completely unique tofu flavour experience that will excite the most ardent tofu objector and requires no pressing, no marinating, no additional flavouring.  It’s all done for you!  Baste with the remainder of marinade as it cooks as the sweet paprika notes complement the smoking of the tofu.
