The earlier the better. If we’re involved from the start we can shape the team and ensure that everything is on track right from the beginning.

Keeping you informed

We run regular site meetings, produce detailed reports and minutes and thus ensure everyone is doing what is expected of them. We ensure you know what’s going on and we’ll be open and honest with you if things aren’t going to plan, or if the project is exceeding the budget.

Throughout the construction phase, we have an eye on the end result. This means that when things have to be adjusted or re-designed, we make sure that the comfort and efficiency elements of the design aren’t compromised – so the design still works.
