Puzer Kitchen System

Food Waste system cater specifically for kitchen to facilitate clearing of high volume of leftovers food, vegetables peelings and kitchen waste to a temporary storage. The waste is broken down into very small pieces and is transported to collection point while water is diverted to the sewage system. The collected waste can be further treated with a digester system which converts it into useful bio-gas.

Anaerobic digestion of organic household waste in developing countries is seen as a new treatment option to enhance waste management and provide households and institutions with biogas- a renewable, clean source of cooking energy. (Yvonne Vogeli, Christian Lohri)
