Recyclable Plastic Cups

Aegg’s plastic packaging is produced using a variety of raw materials including PET which is notable for its recycling credentials and rPET, which includes 30% recycled material (making these exempt against the Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT) - read more about the PPT here). It is possible to produce lighter weight products and therefore using less raw material, which makes the product more cost effective, whilst reducing the PPT liability. We also use PP as a raw material. PP is recyclable and can be used in microwave ovens.
