By designating a small area in which the infrastructure for multiple EV chargers can be laid, but only installing a specific number of chargers, allows for easy expansion as additional chargers can quickly be added as demand grows.

Demised bays

We can also install dedicated EV Chargers within allocated parking bays for leaseholders. This provides residents with the luxury of their own private charger. Utilisation is naturally lower, being limited to just one vehicle owner and infrastructure costs can be higher when setting up for all allocated parking bays.
