Each flavoured edible straw is elaborated so as not to denature the drink in which it is immersed, regardless of its flavour.

In terms of timing, it takes about 35 minutes before the straw loses its rigidity. This depends on the temperature of the drink: the colder the liquid, the longer the straw will remain stiff.

Solid, the straws distributed by Kréyòl Pailles are made to suck fluid liquids but also thicker mixtures such as milkshake or granite.
