Throne reading chair

A bespoke piece for a local Catholic Primary school. The design brief was for a Library reading chair large enough to fit one adult and one child to enable the teacher to sit with and assist the child with reading in a setting that is both practical and fun. The result was a theatrical forest themed throne, made using plantation Victorian mountain ash and tri-coloured upholstery.
