The fixture is wet-rated to IP-66, so it’s ideal for dirty environments such as livestock barns, where a hose-down is a routine part of life. And it’s bright enough to perk up the dreariest indoor pool to create a safe, inviting place. The Big Ass Light Washdown is also ideal for the aviation industry. A wide range of mounting options means a stiff breeze from an open hangar door won’t throw the lights off-kilter. The Washdown LED is sturdy and versatile. Built of die-cast aluminum, it provides superb heat dissipation for extended life. Get it filthy, get it wet, and repeat. The Big Ass Light Washdown LED will keep on shining bright for years. Product Highlights Construction — Die-cast aluminum alloy structure provides excellent heat dissipation for extended system life. White paint finish. Light engines are sealed with polycarbonate lenses and gaskets. Entire fixture is IP66 rated. Electrical — High efficiency LED driver accepts 120–277 V universal voltage input with standard 0–10 V dimming and 10 kV surge protection. Photometric — Available in 4000 K and 5000 K CCT, with CRI ≥ 80. TM-21 LED life L70 at 50˚ C (122˚ F) ambient temperature is more than 60,000 hours reported and 110,000 hours projected. Optics — Symmetric 100 degree. An acrylic reflector is available as an add-on accessory. Mounting — Standard pendant mount accepting ¾” threaded conduit with hook for chain mount, optional U-bracket for wall or ceiling mount, or optional aircraft cable hanging. A 5-ft safety cable is included with every fixture. Fixture must have at least 12” (304 mm) of clearance from ceiling or surface above. Listings — Certified to UL and CSA standards; listed for damp locations and ambient temperatures -40˚ C to 50˚ C (-40˚ F to 122˚ F). DLC-listed and compliant with FCC 47 CFR 15 Class B, and RoHS.
