Belle Curves Swimwear

My name is Risa Mara Machuca and I am a champion surfer, indie filmmaker, and community member living in Sayulita, Nayarit ~ Mexico.  I was inspired to make this line because it has always been hard to find bathing suits that fit me in a complimenting way yet still hold up while surfing or just at play in the ocean. Being a curvy woman and an athlete since childhood, I've grown up thinking I had to fit into the norm but realized that I am also the norm and there are many of us curvy gals that need functional swimwear in our lives. Swimwear that holds everything in place and makes us feel good. My love for the ocean led me to use local eco friendly materials and my passion for sunset photography led me to share Mexico’s beauty.  I hope you have fun and happily rock your Belle Curves suit!

Belle Curves Swimwear is made for athletic women with curves. Complimenting and colorful, Belle Curves suits are created with images of Mexico’s dazzling sunsets printed on up-cycled/UV50 recycled fabric, making each piece a unique work of art. These designs are made wireless with seamless cuts that hold up while being active in and out of the water! 

Belle Curves embodies slow-fashion principles. All of our swimwear is designed, created and sourced ethically in Mexico. We are size inclusive offering sizes from XS- 5XL.
