In 2018, while our founder Maribel Perez was working on creating craft goods for her online Etsy shop, she started a new job in a local fair-trade store. As she began to learn the stories of each product, she gained a passion and appreciation for the work that goes into creating handmade goods. It was then she became invested in learning the importance of tradition and culture through artisanal goods.

It was through this interest and the desire to fulfill a lifelong dream of hers and her father that she decided to partner up with artisans from around the world and open up her online store of curated handcrafted and artisanal goods.
